We needed to replace a Zappi EV charger which had failed. Alan dealt with everything including liaising with myenergi to ensure the new Zappi was correctly registered and the setup integrated to our existing system. He also made some valuable suggestions for other improvements we could make. An excellent high quality job and we will be happy to use Alan again.

I contacted Alan for a quote to replace the consumer unit, test the electrics and replace some internal and external light units. Alan was very prompt in replying and when at the house was very knowledgeable in knowing what was needed. The quotation was easily understood and everything was priced to enable a quick decision to be made.

The work was carried out over a few days, Alan texted me to say what time and date he would arrive. In completing the work Alan was professional throughout, he explained what he was doing and asked our opinion when he had finished a particular job to see if we were happy with the outcome. He kept the time that we were without power to a minimum and ensured we still had WI-FI at all times. He left the property clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Alan.

Alan is easy to get on with. Very happy with the work carried out. Would use him again.

Fantastic and reliable service with care taken to my property. The EV install was completed and commissioned and he even plugged my Wi-Fi router into a generator to allow me to continue working from home. Thanks for the advice on chargers also!

Alan has been working on the electrics at our old (C17th) farmhouse for several months, to enable us to prepare for a new kitchen and for future improvements.  It is fair to say that at times it hasn’t been the easiest job; holes collapsing after being drilled, client trying to help but probably hindering more(!).
Alan has approached all of the work professionally, discussing the elements with us and ensuring we are happy with what is planned before doing the work. He has diligently worked through the house to make sure that everything that needs to be done is upgraded and ready for the next 50 years here.
He is always polite, has a really good manner and has worked hard to ensure we get the outcome we need.

I needed to know if I had sufficient safe provisions to run equipment. I didn't, but once again Alan found a clever way that was affordable without using cheap & nasty products so our long term safety is protected. He provides first class service, is understanding & very fair. Highly recommended.
