Installed new oven & hob. Fitted down lights in kitchen and replaced RCD’s on consumer board.
Alan was reliable and did a very professional job throughout.

Very prompt and professional service from Alan. We originally approached our energy supplier, who suggested installing the charger directly into the main supply. However, this would have meant positioning the charger a fair distance from where the car is actually parked.

Wanting a more practical solution, we reached out to Alan. He spent around 30 minutes reviewing our setup and quickly confirmed that this wasn’t necessary and that the charger could instead be installed directly into the consumer unit in our garage, exactly where the car is parked and what we had hoped for.

Within a week, the charger was installed. Really knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. Would highly recommend.

We used Alan to resolve our intermittent RCD tripping. Appointment was made promptly and a professional service was provided. The faulty circuit was quickly identified and the reason for the tripping was established. Alan then ordered the materials required and returned promptly to replace the faulty cable. Very pleased with the service provided and would definitely use him for any future electrical work.

I contacted Alan at Newcroft Electrics to replace some light fittings. He was quick to inspect and make suitable suggestions of the work required and provided a reasonable quote. Alan sent me several reminders of his appointment which I appreciated. Alan was extremely professional and friendly and considerate of limiting the time the power was off. He was considerate in changing his outdoors shoes to clean indoor shoes which was very much appreciated. Alan also carried out some impromptu work after the main job was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will use him for any further electrical work we need in the future.
